Calasanz showing beautiful form on 20 arm dummy in Wing Chun. In this video he shows how kicks, and arms are used to defeat your opponent, and how to protect yourself when they are coming at you.
He uses breathing techniques to strengthen his body from within using all his muscles to make the body hard when your opponent is coming at you, and to give more strength in kicks and punches in order to paralyze and stop them.
