An action-adventure documentary chronicling the most notorious and dangerous race in the world--the Tecate SCORE Baja 1000. Rivaling the Indy 500 and 25 Hours of Daytona, the race across Baja's peninsula is unpredictable, grueling and raw--just like the uncharted American West of yesteryear. To capture the vast desert panoramas and intense action of the race, the film team utilized, fifty-five cameras, four helicopters, a four-passenger buggy camera car and a crew of over eighty people. @LoganSeidl That's news to me, my Buddy was in in 08, and said it had been eons since anyone had finished in class 11 and he insisted that to finish you had to make illegal modifications to the engine. If those cars did finish in 10-11 then they must have been legit or they would have been dq'd.

@deathcar Not true. 2011 and 2010 had class 11 cars that finished the race.

@ScoutSniperDetla4 Either way there hasn't been a class 11 finish a Baja race in probably 10 years, it's just way to gnarly for that platform.

That class 11 dude is a cheater, my buddy tried to race class 11 a few years ago and said when all the class 11's were stuck on a steep hill with not enough power to get up the hill this dude would just blow right by everyone and up the hill. The officials only check for complete compliance IF they finish the race which no class 11's have done in many years. Then again if you aint cheating you aint trying.
