A year has come and gone since Hurricane Katrina hit in 2005. The effects can still be seen in both the people and the land. From the viewpoint of someone who experienced this via the news and media, I created a tribute from said sources. This tribute is for those who endured the catastrophe and to those who reached out and helped in the great time of need. A year later: you are not forgotten.

i was a air craft carrier right now, in one of the fighter jets, i cried myself to sleep the next 2 months.... but im proud to stand for US, we just need preperations, and less oil... we have enough, bush is destroying the US, so i still stand patriotic... but we need a new president... im sorry for everyone that was devistated.. i love you guys, and ill keep you guys in my prayers!
