@ashishvirmani08 but couldnt you just use a lower shutter speed with a tri-pod? or use an external flash if its an action shot?

@HNDNV07 Almost always shutter speed (when shooting for very long exposures). Using a very small aperture often requires longer shutter speeds, so it really depends on what you are doing.

so um..to get clear images, i can decrease the ISO to the lowest then find some way to maybe manually increase the amount of light?

@siyuannn Exactly! Longer Shutter Speed and a wider Aperture opening will do that!

thanks for the info! If the digital iso is just an artificial boost to the signal and just amplifies the light, does a higher iso in film produce less noise and grain or is it the same concept? just wondering... thanks!

same concept. High ISO films will have more noise because they are more sensitive to light.
