  • This is a very good video. Also in case this is an older house you may want to install an overflow pan under the tanks if there are none, then if the tank springs a leak it won't flood your floor.

  • @jeannebrookervin Good idea on the pan. Thanks

  • Where does the energy in the form of heat come from to raise the temperature of the water in the pre tank? Who pays for that change in temperature?

  • @smartasscomments It comes from your house temp. Your neighbors pay for the temperature change.

  • you cant let the water get below a certain temp in order to make sure bacteria does not develop...

  • Dude your video is to slow. I had to move on.

  • What about legionella on the pre-tank? The heater is too fast to kill legionella.

  • use some of that power to put a light up in this room before you film in it. LOL

  • A big savings is to simply turn off the hot water heater , use a timer so that it only comes on for about 20 minutes at around 7pm... the rest of the time (espec in the summer you save ) . .

  • @jimprjayp really? i ve heard arent good but didnt quite understand why

  • pre heat---great idea

  • the problem with the smaller water head is that ...gives less water. Not really an enjoyable shower

    Thank you for your vids
