This type of pageants should have been done in San Fernando..SF can accommodate a better place for this..

invitational search kasi. para mapromote ang ticao island. kung lhat tga ticao lng ang lhat ng kasali pano pa makikilala ang ticao island. atleast may masabi man lng ang mga bisita about sa ticao island.

i think evebody is allowed to join kasi the title is not solely for mr. and ms. ticao. sa pagkakaalam ko, kaya nilagyan nila ng tourism yung Mr. and Ms. Ticao Island Tourism dahil nung Mr. and Ms. Ticao Island lang eh, wala pang sampu ang sumali, so to make it happen kaya pinasali na ang mga taga ibang lugar and even candidates from manila. iyon nga lang, nilagyan ng tourism.
