To all the lady warriors on the Funk Roberts 4 Week Spartacus Workout Challenge: Here is a high intensity interval training workout designed to burn the fat, work your entire body and tighten up any trouble spots. Based on the Spartacus Workout Challenge from Men's Health magazine, this exercise protocol is comprised of 10 different exercises, done for 3 rounds. Perform each move for 60 seconds, as fast as you can with good form, followed by 15 seconds of rest. After the set, take a 2 minute break and go for 2 more rounds.

All you need is 1 kettlebell. You will feel the effects of this workout in your arms, abs, glutes, and legs the next day ;-)

  • Loved it.  This is the sh.....! I am lifting weights with my husband every other day. On my off days, I will be incorporating this into my cardio time until I get to that 40lb bell. I also like your new video. I have one request. I hope you reformat the new video, like the first one, so that people can follow the workout. Make it a 2-part series too. It is uplifting to have someone be there with you and get you through the workout. I try different workout all the time! Thanks so much!

  • @flysassymama - You're one hardcore lady! If anything, this workout can double up as a cardio and weight training session :) Ok, request granted. Stay tuned...I will make my bodyweight workout into a full length 2 parter. That was the exact thinking behind my first workout. To have a condensed version for those who just want to see the workout moves, and to also offer a full length version for those who prefer to follow along. Thanks for watching!
