Tobie and Matt a travelling Chef and Sommelier team from Australia visited PB Valley Khao Yai Winery to taste Thai wine and to match wine with Thai Food. Tobie also showed us how to cook a venison dish in a very interesting way namely in our wood fired pizza oven. -- Cheers and Enjoy.
