don't try positioning your feet for the nollie flip as you're in a nose manual. land in the foot placement instead. it really eases your mind as you focus more on the nose manny itself. i've only landed this combo maybe ten times out of hundreds of close attempts but it helps me a lot.

its a good video,there really no secret to any trick.its not like ,if you bend your big toe just enough you will land bolts .noo ... just keep skating and you will get it.
