1. buy yourself a mask to wear outside as you do our yard work
2. wash out your noise when you come in from outside each and every time. If you do not know how ask me.
3. wash your hands all the time no matter where you go!
4. wash out your eyes with an eye kit
5. keep your arms and legs covered
6. wear a hat wash it and your clothes each time you come in
7. keep hand wipes in your car
8. eat fresh veg and fruits grow your own if possible
9. take the best vitamins you can afford from a heath food store
10. drink filtered water or drill a well
11. sock food and water
12. buy glasses if you wear contacts you will not be able to buy contacts soon
13. buy extra reading glasses for a extras
14. stock up on medical supplies like band aids
15. get off of all medicines you can for soon you will not be able to get them if you do not take the mark
16. get you a buddy that you check in with often
17. stock up in batteries
18. know your escape plan
19. keep your auto full of gas
20. keep phone numbers handy
21. get a driving map- do you really want to use a locator?
22. keep cash on you that you can get to at all times
23. keep a duffle bag packed for a quick get a way if needed
24 stock up on batteries
25. buy you a flash light that you shake for power
26. your gas mask will need extra filters!

first to get to our coast would be almost impossible because we have the biggest and most advanced navy in the world and we have missiles that can get up to 10,000 or more (i think it was alot higher) and that can shoot down sattelites orbiting the planet so im pretty sure were safe crazy lady

The US is not that powerful.The same apply to Israel.These two countries want there population to believe that.Getting to the US coast is easy.Look at all the drugs and Immigrants crossing the borders.To MERTEN@ really the US have missile that can reach 10,000 what? 10 thousand miles or 10,000 feet.A person can just cross the borders with what ever.He do not need a missile to travel 10,000 what.The best thing to do is be nice and friendly to other countries.Try not to steal there oil.

Ruby please don't listen to the neagative comments. I believe you, because my sister had not one, but two detailed dreams over 4years ago, about the chinese invading where we live, just a few miles from the Canadian border, on the coast of Washington state. She started to have end time dreams when she was about 6 years old. Her teenage son had a dream of us being on a FEMA train. I pray for you and watch all of your videos.

In response to your statement that anyone who preaches doom and gloom is a false prophet -- where exactly did you get that from. Jesus spent about 1/3 if His ministry healing the sick, casting out devils and preaching about the Kingdom of God and hell for eternity. Jesus said, "I Am the Way, the Truth and the Life. I have read and watched the horrific pronouncements you have placed over my country and my people and it has created such an intense hatred of your religion and your God that I want nothing to do with either. I am thankful I was raised in the Native American beliefs and traditions and carry none of the self condemning baggage most of you hate filled Christians carry around.
