ICWXP started as a fan-made homage to MST3k, but it was so good Rifftrax and Mike Nelson endorsed them and most consider them to be the spiritual successor to MST3K. It's a totally separate show with original characters and story-line, but it's basically "MST3K Reborn". If you like the later episodes of MST3k, you'll probably love it.

You should really check out Incognito Cinema Warriors XP. Whole new cast and characters but very late-season MST3k and Mike Nelson's endorsed them.
