On March 14th, I decided to stop being fat and lazy. I started working out. From that day on I would be eating healthy and working out on a daily basis. I took a picture of myself every day for 60 days. I was inspired from other people on Youtube that have done the same thing.

  • @myPs3RuLeZ123 look up the paleo diet. its also known as the caveman diet cuz you only eat food that the hunter-gathers ate. nothing with dairy or wheat

  • Dude thats amazing i would like to do that could u give me some key tips.

  • @BROWN1678 Do losts of sit-ups/crunches. Ab workouts. Check out the crossfit website. They have a lot of good workouts. you can always make up your own. my favorite is 15 minutes of as many repetitions as possible: 5 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 15 squats. When i first started out I got 15 reps and now I'm up to 26 reps. Hope this helped
