@myPs3RuLeZ123 look up the paleo diet. its also known as the caveman diet cuz you only eat food that the hunter-gathers ate. nothing with dairy or wheat

@BROWN1678 Do losts of sit-ups/crunches. Ab workouts. Check out the crossfit website. They have a lot of good workouts. you can always make up your own. my favorite is 15 minutes of as many repetitions as possible: 5 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 15 squats. When i first started out I got 15 reps and now I'm up to 26 reps. Hope this helped
