Academy Award-nominated filmmaker Kirby Dick ("This Film Is Not Yet Rated") delivers a searing indictment of the hypocrisy of closeted politicians who actively campaign against the LGBT community they covertly belong to. "Outrage" boldly reveals the hidden lives of some of our nation's most powerful policymakers, details the harm they've inflicted on millions of Americans, and examines the media's complicity in keeping their secrets. I saw this movie. It is worth a look. The makers of the film are correct in saying there are closeted gay politicians who are hypocrites. However, I believe "gay rights" activists are also (sometimes) narrow-minded: They seem to expect all "gay" people to walk in lock step with their liberal agenda. Being homosexual is a sexual orientation, not a political party. Do not expect all gay people to blindly agree with all of the political checklists that "gay rights" activists support.
logged in to reply to this. Excellent point. Sexual orientation, behavior, identification etc. does not demand political ideation or action. However in regard to the hypocrisy seen in the disparity between dudes spoken ideals and actual practice there's no denying how his political actions could negatively affect the lives of other identified homosexuals.
Yah, but where do we watch this crap? I went to hbo, looked in their search listings, jumping all over the place there, I can't get a straight answer of when or where to get or watch this clap trap. Their on demand is an airhead, doesn't know what I'm talking about, what out rage? Documentary listing does not show it either. My american attention span is in outrage... 24 minutes and I won't care any more, If I don't get a fix, 23 minutes, I'm moving to next outrage of the day in...22 minutes
