Baggy tshirt to cute ruffly top!

heyyy everyone!
this is my last tshirt reconstruction vid! i got this idea from my friend at skool, and i thought it was really cool! I tried to shorten it as much as i cud. so srry if its so long for such a simple tut!! I'm gonna change the way i make the vids! (in a good way!) lol, so enjoy, comment, rate, and SUBSCRIBE

I'd say cut slits and tie on either the top or bottom of the sleeves so they look less baggy and look like they belong with the shirt. This was a trend a few years ago in my school when they did theses with the school shirts.
