3 Arrested in Alleged Gang Rape of Calif. Girl

Rapists deserve the death penalty, just like murders should. Rape will mess with someones head til they die, which is as bad as death if not in some ways worse. if you are still following this case:the trial starts 11/15/2010 8:05AM Pacific time. Preliminary Hearing is on this monday where over 40 Witnesses will speak to the judge, the victim will not? be in the preliminary hearing but she will testify at the main trial. I don’t know if COurt TV will air this monday but ABC news will show this by the 6PM news
