Thanks, Chris. I love your videos by the way. Please keep them coming. I will be purchasing a classic VW bug in the next 2 years (20 yr military retirement present to myself) and want to learn all that I can so that I can make a wise purchase on the condition, etc.
A fan,
Raymond

Cool idea...I am building a wooden shelf with slide out plastic drawer type things and put my bus parts in there.
Thanks for the videos, keep em coming.

Do you mind if I ask about how much does a paint job cost you?

it all depends on the condition of the car, this 54 in this video will most likely cost me over 5k, it needs a ton of work. They vary in rust, how smooth the panels are, how much work it takes to straighten out a fender, hood, etc. If the car is super straight and very little body work is needed, and as long as you GUT the car down to a shell with nothing on it, you can pay 1500-3500 on a nice paint job for a bug and look show condition Larger cars will be more of course.
