I don't understand quite what he had.. But I am so sorry for your loss... The best words I can tell you are that you now have a beautiful guardian angel watching over you and waiting for you when its your time to leave this place... This was a beautiful tribute, thank you for sharing it with the world... I hope for peace for your family now..

i to have ACM 1 your little angel will will not go thru alot of pain which certainly comes with this awfull condition, he must have had ACM 2. with the large herniation he had he must have had allot of complcations. god bless you and jacob he is now with the angels and will not suffer the effects of this miserable condition.

That's what is on the death certificate for cause of death. I think the MD. probably meant complications associated with ACM. Thanks.

I am also terribly sorry for your loss. What a lovely tribute to your little ((Jacob)). I've had 3 surgeries due to Arnold Chiari Malformation. Bless your family, and may Jacob's smile live forever in your hearts.

Hi, I am so sorry 2 hear about ur loss. I was diagnosed with Arnold Chiari Malformation with Syringomyelia at this tym last year. However I was luckier than Jacob n managed to survive afta extensive brain surgery last Nov. This video touched my heart as I understand some of wat it feels like 2 b in the position of havin a life threatening condition. I felt I should say something 2 explain how sorry I am 4 your family. You will be in my thoughts...
