@AcousticFolkFusion If you are referring to this video, notice how when he pulls the mic any more than an inch away from his mouth how quiet the singing gets? Singers have to keep the mic close for it to get the full sound, it's the type of mic, not the singer wanting to make out with an inanimate object...
