guys he's not nuts, faking, or drunk....he was in a terrible motorcycle accident. he survived but because of it his brain was damaged and now he has almost no "filter" on his words or actions - he is on meds for it but of course that can't fix everything. he says awesome and hilarious things but it's not because he's a faker or anything, that's really just who he is now.
