This video was filmed on a patch day when Warriors accidentally received 1 extra talent point (52 total instead of 51). So this warrior was able to get the 31 point talent in his primary tree but also the crucial 21 point talent in his secondary tree, which really gave him a huge dps boost. Blizzard hotfixed this mid-game that day, I remember because our tank (while raiding) all the sudden dropped down to having zero talents and 51 available talent points while tanking Onyxia trash.
