  • I broke my left shoulder, or inured it severely when I was young. My parents refused to take me to the hospital, I spent about 2-3 months sitting down with it is a sling waiting for it to heal. Now it does not behave proper, I took some photographs of myself and found that now matter what i do, my left shoulder raises when my left arm raises, however this does not happen to my right shoulder.

My left shoulder used to click all the time, the looseness of taiji has made that all but a memory.

  • Thank you!

By push I assume you mean the An technique, and if so: you are right, it was pretty flat.

The angle of the camera is slightly off level...

I will work on relaxing the shoulders more.

    Thank you for your advice.

  • Personally, I don't know if it's characteristic of your particular style or just the camera angle, but in your push, it looks too flat. And your shoulders are rising at the end.
