Use a torch instead of that crappy disposable lighter, you'll have better heat control for a more even finish and there's far less chance of creating melt marks on the sole.

i tried to do this before i saw this vid and i went to blow it out and its spread all over my shoes and it melted a hloe in my toecaps didnt here theend of it

Didn't want to burn my shoes .... So I put my polish Tim in a boiling water pot and let it melt... Then slowly applied. Hurt my fibers :P AFJROTc btw
