@Fronzel41 RL & CC Logic : Carrying shitton of weapons slows you down.

It's not that it lags, it's that the way movement works in the game is awkward. It's very slow but if I try to use the jets to go faster, I'll probably trip and take just as long to get back up. It's very hard to walk on crumbly ground. Any map I played except the fortress defense one was mostly spent navigating the terrain, not fighting enemies. A game about fighting shouldn't take so much effort to just move around.

@Fronzel41 You just need to lower your resolution to 800 x 600, or get a new computer. Because i never have any trouble moving around.

I've never played those, but I doubt they're as unplayable in their native state as Cortex Command is. The greatest challenge is just struggling against the physics engine to move your characters around.

This game is unplayable. They've been working on it for ages and you're still as likely to die by tripping over a rock than anything else. Strategy game my ass.

My aiming and performance and resolution keeps messing up.
