No they're not. They're Mirror images of each other..

Whitexotic, is right. they arent actual siblings, just mirror images of each other, that many assume are twins.

This doesnt sound like the program's other songs, but it still sounds very good. Like a real version of them. I like it.

Well, I don't know if it's really Vocaloids voice (cause it seems some what... out of it... well, it's not the sonority I have with my Len/Rin and the only I've heard on the net) but it's just great, even if it's someone singing!
