A late CN train 407 arrives in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, with locomotives 2508 & 2656 and switches Burnside Industrial Park just after sunrise. It then proceeds to the Dartmouth waterfront yards.

About an hour later with a new crew the same locomotiives take train 407 to Truro where they will pick up traffic from the CB&CNS before continuing to Moncton New Brunswick.

  • Mile 10 is a good place to shoot isn't it? I love it, great for 407 and 511. Now when it's not so cold and icy, try climbing up on those rocks and setting up there, I've done that on more than one occasion. Great video!

  • The road bridge gives a great view but unfortunately there is no sidewalk and traffic is rushing past. I only did it once on a Sunday morning - never again!!
