  • how tall are you? how old?  how much you weight when you first started lifting?

  • I'm almost 5'6" and 25 years old. I weighed around 105 lbs when I first started lifting in high school. Now I'm 175 lbs.

  • Yeah, I usually do a progressive resistance type of routine and then change my main exercise(s) after reaching my max.

  • Good job max. How often do you increase the weight you lift? Do try to increase every week?

  • I weigh 175 lbs.
