Here is some video footage I took at the water ski racing that was held on Mission Bay here in San Diego, California.

Thanks much Nancy :) I was havin' withdrawal pangs from not bein' around YT for a while, so I'm back :) I'll be uploading a few of my favorite past vids, so you will be seein' ones you've already seen, but then I'll go to new projects eventually :)

that definitely looked fun!! it reminds me of the days spent on the lake in wisconsin at my aunt's cabin doing all sorts of water activities. The fastest i have been on the water though was about 80 mph. Definitely fast enough for me!! great vid!

80 mph must have been HUGELY fun Brian! I've been on water skis but haven't gone nearly that fast but I LOVE racing along on personal watercraft!! WOOHOO!

yes, the 80 mph was a trip. It was a two seater speed boat. I tried to drink a soda at that speed and I couldn't. the soda stuck to the bottom of the can. the fastest i have been drug on the water was about 60 mph. That was tubing. My bro was pulling the boat and he turned really sharp and gunned the boat and the roap and tube I was on became a slingshot. i rocketed off the tube, skipped across the water a few times before splashing to a halt. the sudden stop is what hurt. LOL!!
