goodnight irene eric clapton with chaz n dave

chipmunk aka john moralee jeremy goodchild and swales forrest ( "The Queen of the fairground") on the set of the chaz n dave xmas show in the 1980's. invited as "extras" were delighted to find behind the tv built bar a great mate of jeremys from brighton who provided them with copius amounts of free beer throughout the whole show. For Tv it must have been a first , Real booze on the set! Chaz n Daves family and friends all got stuck in and a wonderfull party ensued. The director let it flow literaly and a wonderfull london style party just happened. It was the no 1 christmas night show and had millions of viewers. guests included
jim davidson, eric clapton!! peters and lee and loads of others. a great night with chaz diping into his bottle of brandy every now and then hidden under the piano. bloody great.!!

Not at all chum! Eric was /is a great mate of chaz and daves. and was happy to join the party for a bit of a jam session. chaz and dave are very respected musicians within the industry, often playing back up on recording sessions with the stones and the Beatles in abbey road. Friendship and loyalty is very important so suggest you stick your sandwich in the freezer as you might need it one day when you have run out of friends. (thats if youve got any?)

What a sad period in Eric's career to have to stoop this low for a buck. I would have bought him sandwich or something to prevent this from happening. So sad
