Just currious why the firefighters doing the building entry did not have the attack line charged prior to entering the structure? Is the standard operations in NC?

this was the McDonalds on South-17 not Western. The fire was electrical at the back of the store

@kirkpatris I take it that was the one on Western, next to the mall? I was in NC at that time, and for some reason I can not remember that McD's fire at all! I may have been back home when it happened, though. That's pretty incredible; I used to stop by that location all the time after my shifts at the Olive Garden were over. :)
