hey there I just want a say i know how fucking scary it can be. I have severe anxiety and I too depersonalize to cope with stress. What I learned is that Instead of feeling the fear or anxiety or rejection I would deny it and pretend I was above it or do the opposite and feel just guilt or pretend I am someone above or less than who i am. Its just a coping mechanism ive had since I was a child. So dont be afraid of it. embrace the truth of how your responding to
stress. reply if want to talk.

I hope you feel better. The best thing you can do. Is live your life. Don't let it take over. Mine also started over health anxiety. I had it for around 3 months. I'm here to tell you, your life will be normal again. Know you are the same person you "were before" this IS real. I know it's hard, when it IS your life. But i struggled through slight depression. And i cam out the other end realizing that it wasn't forever. I'm so much better now. And 95% i feel normal again. It' s not forever.

You should exercise often, take vitamins, and just do your best to not think about it all of the time. If you can somehow boost your confidence or strive towards accomplishing your goal, it would be to your benefit. Well, it gives me hope and helps me to stay positive. And I heard forcing yourself to become social also helps. Good luck and keep us updated!

That's the plan! I've been on vitamins and exercising for about two months now, and I'd like to think that it's been helping. Been going out more often as well. I just keep my head up because I know this will eventually pass. ^^

Hey there sorry to hear of the struggles with anxiety! I've struggled with dissociation/depersonalization alongside another disorder, and if I had any advice to give I'd say to read "Healing & Recovery" by David R Hawkins. Good luck!
