The collection is located in Ankeny Iowa but is not open to the public. It contains not only every convetible but numerous other very rare and important Chevrolets including Yenkos, Copos, and even a Holden!
How cool! Thanks for sharing this. It reminds me of Detroit's glory days and how generic and boring cars are today. I had a girlfriend in 1970 that was a car hop at a South-side drive-in. She and her girlfriends talked about boys like this: "You know who I mean...Freddy?" "Which Freddy?" " Like, you know, the Red Chevellle" " You mean the 396 convertible, Oh MY GOD!!!, THAT Freddie!!"
