..This is one of the FEW moments where I'M FUGGIN MAD AS HELL.

Yup, SOPA and PIPA are basically a bunch of FRIGGIN trolls (sorry for cussing language, but I'm pissed to the core) who are trying to convince the government to REMOVE ANYTHING THAT'S EVEN CLOSE TO COPYRIGHT.

Basically, if we don't do anything, THEY'LL REMOVE ALL OUR AMV'S, DRAWINGS, THAT WE DREW OF CARTOON CHARACTERS because it apparently is 'copyright'.

Just so you all know, A LOT OF WEBSITES WILL GO ON STRIKE ON JANUARY 18, TO PREVENT SOPA AND PIPA!

its over everyone SOPA and PIPA haven't been approved youtube and AMV's are safe for now. Anyone who heard that megaupload is down its true megaupload is gone but they still have their IP-adres and their servers so in time they'll be back. Thaught I'd let you guys know ;D

@Sanderrr9241 It's not over; although the bills have been canceled for now, SOPA and PIPA are indicating work in the future. So, we need to pressure the government even MORE, as, the more pressure they get, the more they'll give up. Read about it in the link in the description that leads to Wikipedia.

I'm not in the US so I can't write a letter, but I did sign the international petition. The bill is described to "promote prosperity, creativity, entrepreneurship, and innovation..." HOW? How is it promoting creativity? It is SURPRESSING creativity! The US censoring the internet?? That will effect EVERYONE! It just seems so violating, having the internet censored...

Looks like the world WILL end in 2012 when SOPA and PIPA destroy the internet :/

I wrote to my representative, and the congress. What would it be like if this was passed? This just doesn't make sense. We fought many wars for freedom and liberty, yet here we go with this whole "copyright" crap. I mean, who would vote for it? *sigh* I really hope this doesn't pass into law, I thank everyone for their support on the issue, and keep protesting! ^^
