I love Blue October's music. I found this song to be very moving when it came out and I really liked the drum part. It isn't overly difficult, thankfully, but it is interesting and fun to play. Yea I don't exactly have mad drumming skills but I'm trying to improve and I guess that's all any of us can do.

The drum set is the Roland TD12 Stage model. It's an electronic set which is a must for me where we're living. Very little external noise compared to acoustic sets.

Thanks for listening. I hope you enjoy it. Oh and I apologize for the video/audio quality. It's the only camera we have at the moment.

  • you know, I never quite understood what they were saying in the end..it almost sounds like their sayin, " I shot God" but what are they saying tho...do you know?

  • @TomCatDrummer26 She's saying "Hey Justin" over and over but it's kind of stretched out and warbled so it's harder to hear. But it starts the same way with his Mom saying "Hey Justin this is your Mother". Justin Furstenfeld is the lead singer's name and I've always wondered if he used an actual phone message recording from his Mom for that part.

  • @SoloDrumming Yes, it's really his mother's message. She's also in the video for the song.

  • @nicrendesigns Cool. Thanks for the info.

  • this video needs more views! great job man!
