This is the Sideshow (by Stan Winston Studios) T-800 "Combat Edition" Terminator endoskeleton skull. It's 1:1 and is very nicely made. It's very heavy; weighs approximately 25 lbs.

@Artik1993 The design of the skull was originally according to Arnold Schwarzenegger's head shape. Just look at the gap between the teeth. Arnie had the same gap between his teeth when he was young.

@REDelfrulz: Umm, if you'll watch the Terminator series, you'll undertsand that these are cybernetic robots that were used to disguise themselves as humans and infiltrate the human resistance against the machines. Therefore, the only exposed part of the skull (the attached teeth) must look like human teeth.
