for some of you who didn't get it. That boy heard his mom talked to his dad about his sister. His mom said that they need a miracle, it's the only thing that can help his sister. The boy thought a "miracle" (He didn't even spelled it right,cuz he's just a lil boy) was an item(or a pill). hope that helps a bit
