@SocalCutie91 i think it does. i use it as a facial mask. every night i put it all over my face and leave it on for an hour. i've seen a reduction in my acne scars and my face feels brighter. i recently bought the preceding ones in their set (concha nacar 1 and 2). i think it really does work in the long run.
