We offer a variety of authentic French Bistro dishes prepared daily. Our food is simple, yet epicurean. We are committed to using the best ingredients from the best local suppliers, as well as a variety of French imports. All of our breads and pastries are organic and baked fresh daily. All of our dairy products and the majority of our produce is also organic.
Concern for the environment is an integral and fundamental part of our business strategy. We believe a successful business is dependent on a healthy environment. We are committed to good environmental management practice and the prevention of pollution in connection with carrying out our own business operations. We are actively working to show our environmental responsibility to our community through a variety of marketing and education programs. * A 2005 Commercial Recycler of the Year Award (CORY) recipient, we currently recycle and compost more than 95% of our waste generation * All employees are regularly trained to maximize energy and water conservation, recycling, and composting and to minimize waste generation * All of our take-out food containers and utensils are biodegradable or recyclable * Most of our lights and high energy usage appliances are on timers, motion sensors, or photo-electric controls to minimize energy waste * Where ever possible we use paper products made from recycled material and reuse printer paper for in-house forms and memos * We use eco-friendly cleaning products * We proudly feature organic produce, dairy products, and breads
