this is a litle video compliation of footage from the 2000 dnc convention area outside the staples center just before the riots, i believe the riots were started because the cops instigated the whole event.

@300daysandnights Pretty much. I have never been in a situation with riot police but I have a feeling with the current declining political climate that it won't be long from my participation in riots. I actually just got pulled over today for some bogus traffic violation that's going to cost me an arm and leg. Guy didn't even ask if I was okay, he just gave me the ticket and moved on, told me good luck getting back on the 85MPH speeds of the interstate from a dead stop.His sarcasm. Damn jackass.

@300daysandnights Yeah, I can imagine. It's just that most police officers I've met are pieces of crap. They are just there for a paycheck, not to help people anymore. When over half are doing that crap it's just ridiculous and harmful, they ask for this to happen,.

@300daysandnights I know a lot of them want to help, but I can't take them seriously when they break laws, don't know the laws they enforce, or make up shit as they go. I have had it done to me.

@300daysandnights My goal wasn't exactly to say police are Nazi's. My point was that even though it is their job, that doesn't necessarily make their actions right. I can't really say that using rubber bullets, tear gas, and violent force against a protesting group is just "doing your job." On the interviews later I heard a reporter say they were ran over and the cop just says with an arrogant tone to his voice "Well maybe you should have moved when you were told."

@sylentmyst yeah but Nazis main assignment was to kill minorities. the main focus of police is to serve and protect. but like i said before anything can be corrupted so there are a few people who abuse their power.
