looks interesting but i dont fancy paying £20 for a 4:3 dvd when for the same price i could travel into london and travel the full length of the Picadilly line and come out with some change

the dulcet tones of Rob Curling are informative without being intrusive and lend so much to this successful little film.

I am very impressed with this tube/subway video, not so much because of the narration, but because of the additional lighting making for more vivid images; one can see the inside of the tunnel with all its details. I wish those who do youtube videos of the New York subway operations, and especially the motorman's view shots, would employee additional lighting. That would make theirs videos so much more enjoyable!!!!

That's fair enough. I have to say that you won't be riding in the cab and for £20 you won't get a lifetime ticket which a DVD is after all (you can play it many times). LUL charge us £300 per hour for filming I am afraid. These productions take weeks. Our camera crew has to film at every single station and have to sign in and sign out each time. Very expensive.
