  • @JollyOllyFish yes because training has to be as close to real combat as possible.

  • @Cozmo749 Even during training

  • @JollyOllyFish yeah they carry Browning Hi-Power 9mm

  • Do the pilots and aircrew of these aircraft carry sidearms?

  • @Pulsed101 Nah go for it, these things are pretty rare and I think we are short on pilots atm.

  • i'm thinking of transfering to pilot. It looks like an awesome job and i'm pretty sure i'd love it but i freak out at the thought of crashing, does that mean im not cut out for it? =D

  • i work at bae on hornets , spent 7 years in the navy as a pusser also flew in seakings before and after shark 02 . maintenance is fine on all platforms . find the perfect human and then you can comment my friends

  • @kblackav8or In this case is was RAN uniformed personnel who were responsible, sad to say.

  • BAE wasn't doing proper preservation on Sikorsky gearboxes way back in 2000 with the Seahawk parts. I would hate to hear that this continued on.

  • The Seaking featured in the early part of this vid, shark 02, crashed on Nias Island in 2005 with the loss of nine lives. The Accident was due to a failure in maintanence proceedures, RIP.
