The Rattlesnake Creek Waterfall is also known as the East Monroe Falls. Located in East Monroe, Ohio you can't pull up in a car to get there! (Thanks to the kind young people who showed me the way.) May 2010.

East Monroe is between Leesburg and Greenfield (west of Chillicothe) on Rt. 28. This is a very small area so you won't get lost "in town." At Monroe and Highland you will see the railroad tracks. Park where ever you can and follow the tracks east. They will take you to the bridge over the creek. Before the bridge is a path on your right that takes you down to the falls.

ya iys a damn shame that you cant get there to enjoy the wonerful natual view of the falls without the highland county nazi's wanting to give you a ticket for tresspassing
