haha i used to argue with my dad too all the time. now im in college lol...have her keep her head back behind her front leg. drive against her front side while doing this. it will give her more velocity on the ball. she (along with anyone else) can throw a lot harder if they keep their head back and drive into the front leg

This is her mom :O) My husband just explained to her what you were trying to tell her. She is so stubborn and fights with us to practice. She was doing terrible that day. I will have to get some video of her tomorrow. Im having trouble seeing the videos because my adobe isnt working right? Thanks for the advice and good luck with softball :O)
