United 767-300 landing at Chicago O'Hare (ORD)

Aircraft: N643UA. Flight: United 951 Heavy. My first flight on a Boeing 767 comes to an end on runway 27L at Chicago O'Hare airport. Descent out of the overcast, over Lake Michigan and the city. Of particular note (at least to me) is the Hyatt Hotel and Donald Stevens convention center where me and some friends go every year for an anime convention called Anime Central in May. We flew over it shortly before touchdown and I angled the camera downwards a little bit to get a glimpse. Touchdown was not as hard as it looks. Even though it looks as though the pilot nails it down on the 1,000ft markings, the touchdown was actually very gentle.

Well, if you see the venue for ACEN (I'd like to go one day, but I do Anime Detour in MSP) than you must of landed on the 28/27's :D. Cool vid!
