It drives me crazy to think that if the goverment can buy out all these houses why don't they gather up all that money and give people a storm shelter? Some people are lucky to afford but there are many others that can not. These are the people that end up injured and even killed. The state needs to put money into helping those that can not afford one. Atleast have two or three shelters in every city even if it is not heavily populated.

I'll indulge you one more time. We are all "idiots coming out of a screwed soiciety". We are all prone to natural disasters. This doesn't make us un-educated idiots (as opposed to those with substantial grammatical errors in their writing [is all caps necessary?]). In Oklahoma, it's rather costly to ship a "small ocean cargo container", so you may want to figure in shipping with that. Why don't you find some other innocent victims to harass? I suppose you support the Ft. Hood gunman too?

PRIORITY ONE MUST BE SAFETY AND IT'S TOO EASY TO BUILD A TORNADO PROOF HOME OR A SAFE ROOM, SOME GUYS EVEN SELL THOSE READY TO INSTALL, OR ONE COULD BUY A SMALL OCEAN CARGO CONTAINER FOR 1500.00 OR LESS AND MAKE A SAFE ROOM OUT OF IT.
