This is me without make-up. I'm not to concerned about showing my face without the basic make-up I typically wear because my skin isn't that bad. That is not to say that I don't have trouble with acne and other skin imperfections that I dwell on. With that said, I'm still trying to eat healthier by cooking amazing clean foods focused on food from mother nature instead of a can. It's not always easy to make good decisions but I keep trying to do right. I am now finding that I get sick when I eat fast food. I have a bad sweet tooth normally but even that is starting to taper the more I avoid it. There is something in all that processed food that makes you feel like you need more. It makes your gut iron clad when you eat it a lot. Unfortunately, it isn't food. It is just filler that goes through you chuck full of calories and you crave more once you get in that cycle. If you aren't on the cycle stay away from that stuff. If you are, find a way to get off of it. You don't need it. Seriously... it leads to a slow death by obesity and lack of good nutrients.
