Pretty boring video. =D It's about business stuff, I was hoping for something not like that. Oh well, here's some information:

New Business Venture Fund or Nýsköpunarsjóður:

They are "a venture capital investor that takes an active part in business development and growth in Iceland by investing in innovative and pioneering firms holding promise."

"Sentenced" is the wrong word. Judgment is more likely. As in 'it was decided'.

Basically, Lazy Town had a loan from an investment fund that had an option of taking stock instead of repayment. So the fund saw that Lazy Town stock was doing really well and decided to take the stock option instead of repayment of the loan.

It means Lazy Town had to give up some of its stock (if the repayment option had been taken, they'd have kept all the stock). It's not that they did anything wrong.
