People dont understand that money and economy are important but what really matters in the world and always has is projection of military power.

JB, you can't simply dismiss the argument that America can't afford it--eventually, our monetary system WILL collapse. Then, the guns America has won't be worth anything. Who will be the ones using them? Unpaid soldiers? Governments that have no money have no power. Still, neither I nor you, nor anyone else can know when this will be, so I won't dismiss the war possibility either.

What is your source on this? China is very tolerant of opinions and beliefs. I think you are listening to too much US or western propaganda.

I will admit, under Mao, many many died. In the past twenty years how does China rate against the west? How many Vietmen or Koreans died by US military hands? How many Iraqis dead?

I guess one idea they are intolerant about is "democracy". But as I see it, they should ban such a stupid idea. Democracy is an evil similar to fascism.
