FullHD is WAY too low a resolutino for a 24 inch monitor.
FullHD is the most retarded thing that ever happened to computer monitors.
It's a film and TV resolution. It does not belong on a monitor. Why would you want to limit a monitor to that resolution? The format (16:9) is also too wide for convenient desktop working.
If I get a bigger monitor, it's because I want more space on it. If it stays at 1080p, I don't get more space. Things just get bigger.

@18iser i have a Samsung which broke down a year ago and it took them 10 months to repair it D: my screen has been twice to hongkong in his life.the problem was an energy issue.

Yes, but that doesn't mean you have to put the resolution higher just because your monitor is bigger.
