um...you think that the Torah laws are optional? by that, other laws are optional - to pray/modesty, which isnt kept anyway - trousers etc./shabbat.
you think that these laws can be changed - drving on shabbat/ kashrut/ women reading from the Torah. and what if they are niddah at the time? does anyone check for this? no...so its not right
