If my professor posts a PPT (PowerPoint)...am I able to convert it to PDF in Blackboard? Is the copy/paste functionality improved? I ask because, the Safari version of Blackboard will not allow me to copy and past some material, from BB to Pages. Thanks.

Yes - loads. Blackboard should provide this service as part of their package but charge Universities extra.

I have the same problem. I checked whether my university has the service on Blackboard's Student/Faculty Support page. Blackboard is phasing out their old service called "Mobile Central" (to which my university is subscribed) and phasing in "Mobile Learn" to which my university is preparing to subscribe (I hope).

This is a nice attempt and would be a useful app if it were more robust. Here are some problems: URLs are not active in Announcements; most content areas take you to "View in Browser. I will be happy to see the next iteration of Bb Mobile Learn; hopefully it will be more robust.
